Miami Music Week

As one of the largest gatherings of music professionals and party goers, Miami Music Week (encompassing Winter Music Conference, Ultra Music Fest, and hundreds of one-off parties) brings in hundreds of thousands of people and millions of impressions from all around the world.

For 2 years, I was hired to manage Red Bull’s visibility with artists at some of the top parties in the city, ensuring we get ‘cans in the hands’ of the most influential people at MMW.

  • Negotiated with venue owners and managed product/cooler placement at 12 South Beach venues in high visibility areas like stages, artist green rooms, and VIP areas. Year 1: 11 coolers placed, 2784 cans sampled; Year 2: 20 coolers placed, 4896 cans sampled

  • Ensured smooth operations and product availability throughout the week’s events.

  • Managed 3rd party logistics staff for infrastructure placement/site builds in premium locations.

  • Managed promotional models for on-premise cocktail trial at 3 accounts.

  • Managed mobile sampling team to blitz the area, dominating visibility in the energy category.

  • Networked with artists, venue owners, and other music industry professionals to assist with future event planning in the music and culture space.
