Community Event Support

Community support is one of my biggest passions as a producer and event manager. Not only does it bring people together, but it gives brands and businesses the opportunity to support people in meaningful ways.

As an independent producer and the Red Bull Event Vehicle Manager, community support is my bread and butter. I’m responsible for managing diverse relationships with accounts, partners, organizations, and individuals in multiple fields - all while delivering exceptional experiences and helping to bring their ideas to life. Managing everything from supplying product to events to producing large scale brand activations - supporting local communities is where true engagement happens. Here are a few of the community projects I’ve worked on:

• Worked with the Red Bull Athlete Marketing Manager to produce Red Bull Drop In Tour, bringing in professional skaters to host a community skate competition. Managed site build out and event logistics, ran registration, DJed, and managed audio production.

• Partnered with Good Co Bike Club to host 2 bike parades with 500-700 participants in honor of the NYC West Indian Day Parade. Permitted the event and led the parade with music, ending at a key on-premise account for a branded after party.

• Supports the annual Red Bull Foam Wreckers event, bringing in water-sport enthusiasts from around the tristate area to compete in a unique surf experience. Supports marketing efforts by producing branded pop-up tours at key retail and on-premise accounts while also managing audio production on-site.

• Works with resort partner Mountain Creek to support activations, acting as a go-to production lead managing events. Provides audio services, books talent, DJs, and provides branded event infrastructure. Events include everything from small snow/mountain bike/summer season kick-offs to large scale branded resort takeovers like Red Bull Slide In Tour and Red Bull Parkway Open.

• Partners with the New York Red Bulls Field Marketing team to host community engagement events and activate with local soccer organizations, managing site builds and programming the Red Bull Event Vehicle.

• Partnered with breakdancing studio Wonderous to host a community hip-hop block party, managing talent and site build.

• Works with Red Bull Culture Marketing Manager to support the DJ community, managing an annual event budget and providing everything from product and event infrastructure, to booking venues and talent.

• Works with Red Bull Sport Event Manager to support multiple community sport events with product, audio services, and branded infrastructure. Permits events, DJs, books/manages talent, directs site build out and manages event staff.

• Partnered with NYC Nightlife United and Pig Beach NYC to purchase and deliver 100 free Thanksgiving meals to nightlife workers affected by covid-19 lockdowns.
